~Wednesday Evening Forecast 430pm 1-10-18

January 10, 2018 - Daily Forcast / Uncategorized

Good evening,

I have been neglecting this website over the past month or two and would like to get back into since I am paying for it :). With the pet drive and everything else going on it’s been hard to do!

Tonight: Widespread fog is possible along with drizzle. The temps will actually rise overnight into the low to mid 40s.

Thursday: This day looks BLAH. We will likely see some rain mixing in with snow by the afternoon. Some areas may hit 50 degrees early then drop back into the mid 20s by 5pm. This will be a strong cold front. South wind 10-15mph with gusts to 25mph will change to the NW by the afternoon. The bulk of the heavy snow will stay well to the NW of our area. Little to no snow accumulation for this event.

The early weekend storm will stay WELL to our SE. We will likely see some light snow from a clipper on Sunday night into Monday. Right now, I am thinking 1-3″ of fresh snow. Right now Madison is sitting at 4.6″ of snow all year with hardly anything on the ground! The clipper will usher in some Arctic air for most of next week. There’s still no major storms that I am keeping an eye on.

Have a good night!
